📋 Description

• Oversee a team of producers and coordinate with course managers, program directors, course liaisons, faculty, students, and administrative staff • Review and coordinate scheduling, logistics, and resource planning for classes, seminars, workshops, and multi-day training programs • Serve as escalation point during instructor connectivity issues, directing activities and maintaining instructional flow until technical service is restored • Distribute pre-course information packets and monitor usage • Administer virtual learning environments: launch sessions, distribute secure access links, create/manage breakout rooms, monitor participation, troubleshoot, perform pre-event connectivity checks • Collaborate with faculty/support teams to prepare, distribute, and archive instructional materials and client content • Maintain comprehensive student records, produce rosters, data reports, and visual presentations for faculty and leadership • Use email, Microsoft Teams, and learning management systems to communicate and post administrative documents • Provide direct technical assistance with audiovisual equipment, IT logins, and virtual training platforms • Provide oversight support for customer-conducted virtual events and coordination with remote site resources

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizen • 4+ years experience working with clients/customers on complex modern learning projects • 1+ years experience having served as the lead of a learning producer team • Demonstrated professional experience providing production support to faculty and students in virtual and classroom learning environments • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite • Proficiency with MS Teams for Education • Experience with enterprise learning management systems • Experience with enterprise data reporting tools
