• Develop long-term relationships with members and build trust • Deliver customized financial solutions • Meet and exceed daily sales targets through rapport-building, open-ended questions, and identifying member needs • Achieve and exceed business development targets through inbound member conversations • Generate proactive loan dollars, deposit growth, new memberships, and chequing account opportunities • Answer member inquiries and provide exceptional service via inbound calls, emails, chat, SMS, and video calls • Provide a consistently excellent member experience while adhering to standards and guidelines • Identify and pursue sales opportunities matching members with suitable products and solutions • Assist members with technical inquiries and requests related to online and mobile banking • Participate in individual, Contact Centre, and corporate campaigns while adhering to call quality standards • Report to the Team Lead
• At least 2 years of successful sales experience with measured targets • Preferably experience in customer service or retail banking • High school diploma • Candidates must be currently residing in Alberta • Flexible schedule with day, evening, and weekend shift commitments • Ability to work rotational shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays • Availability for scheduled hours between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM • Strong sales techniques • Strong negotiation skills • Ability to close deals • Professional telephone manner • Strong multi-tasking abilities • Ability to assist with online and mobile banking technical inquiries • Must successfully pass a criminal background check, reference check, and credit check to qualify for hire • Alignment with Servus Credit Union’s cooperative values
