📋 Description

• Guide industry and individual learners in acquiring/improving their digital skills • Administer digital readiness assessments to evaluate learners • Research, evaluate, and curate high-quality courses from third-party providers • Schedule, organize, and onboard learners for courses • Develop and maintain program plans and project schedules • Conduct regular curriculum reviews with stakeholders • Track progress against program plans and enrollment targets

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • 4-6 years of experience in e-learning design, curriculum development, or instructional technology • Bilingual proficiency in English and French — written and spoken — required • Proficient in adult learning theory, facilitation, and a variety of instructional media including instructor-led, online, and virtual instructor-led training • Strong analytical skills with experience defining and tracking learning KPIs and quality metrics • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring or curation tools. • Experience with project management software (e.g., Wrike, Microsoft Project, or equivalent)
