📋 Description

• Drive financial planning, reporting, and analysis supporting company growth and profitability • Own key financial models and reporting processes connecting operational data to revenue, spend, and performance targets • Learn company structure, systems, and monthly close/forecast calendar • Build monthly variance analysis, KPI dashboards, and budget-versus-actual reviews • Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and participate in planning reviews • Learn current-year budget assumptions and key business drivers • Independently own forecast cycles, including headcount and departmental spend • Serve as a primary finance point of contact for business leaders • Handle ad hoc requests and proactively flag risks and opportunities • Deliver board or business review package sections • Advise leadership on hiring pace, budget allocation, and investment priorities • Lead cross-functional analyses such as initiative economics, ROI deep-dives, and process redesign impact • Implement process improvements that reduce manual effort or improve forecast accuracy • Support pricing, unit economics, and new market or investment cases • Report to the head of FP&A

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, or a related analytical field • Experience ideally at a SaaS or subscription-based company • Strong grasp of SaaS and business performance metrics • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills • Experience with FP&A/EPM tools is a plus • Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems • Ability to pull and validate operational data • Excellent communication skills to translate financial analysis into actionable recommendations • Detail-oriented and highly organized • Comfortable managing multiple deadlines simultaneously • Flexibility and adaptability as business needs change • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
