📋 Description
• Maintain and extend healthcare technology platform and products. • Develop features, analyze and resolve issues, refactor code. • Collaborate with cross-functional team and mentor junior developers. • Document, maintain, and own technical artifacts and internal knowledge base. • Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. • Lead projects through entire SDLC and contribute to technical discussions.
🎯 Requirements
• Proficient in Java 17+, unit testing frameworks, and version control (Git). • Intermediate experience with MySQL/MongoDB and deep expertise in HIE, OP, and Health IT standards (FHIR, HL7, CCDA, X12). • Working knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, REST) and AWS cloud services. • 5+ years of software engineering experience. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field strongly preferred. • Spring boot experience required. • Experience with AI Tools (i.e. Claude) required. • A track record of shipping high-quality, business-aligned solutions in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
