📋 Description

• Develop firmware for ARM-based platforms (e.g., Nordic nRF, STM32) — from concept to series production • Integrate communication stacks (DECT NR+, LTE-M/NB-IoT, CAN, Ethernet, PROFINET) for industrial applications • Implement drivers and integrate hardware in close coordination with the hardware team • Develop on RTOS (e.g., Zephyr, FreeRTOS) or bare-metal, as well as Embedded Linux services for gateways • Ensure code quality through reviews, CI/CD and automated tests • Implement secure OTA update mechanisms for fielded products • Contribute to architecture decisions and mentor junior developers

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6–7 years of experience in embedded development with C (C++ is a plus) • Broad project background, ideally across multiple embedded environments • Proficiency with Git, CMake/Make, continuous integration and code reviews • Experience with RTOS or bare-metal development; solid Linux fundamentals • Strong knowledge of communication protocols (CAN/CAN FD, Ethernet, PROFINET) and bus/frame analysis • Structured, reliable working style and very good German and English language skills • Nice to have: experience with Embedded Linux userland for gateways • Scripting skills (Python, Bash) for tooling or testing • Practical experience with wireless IoT/industrial technologies (DECT NR+, LTE-M/NB-IoT)
