📋 Description

• Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) across all customer cohorts and segments • Analyze customer retention data from subscription, billing, product usage, support, CRM, marketing, and customer-success systems • Manage end-to-end retention analysis, including data extraction, cleaning, analysis, and interpretation • Analyze customer-success tickets, price sensitivity, product usage, and other data to identify churn risks and retention propensity • Develop, launch, manage, monitor, and iterate customer-retention and churn-prevention programs • Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Lifecycle Marketing, Contract Management, and Renewal teams • Align business objectives with data analysis and relay critical insights to stakeholders • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior leaders • Present findings to senior audiences, including the CEO, CRO, and SVPs • Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights • Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, Data Analytics, or Consulting • 5+ years working with Sales and Revenue data, including data extraction, analysis, and forecasting • 5+ years partnering with and delivering projects to Sales organizations • 5+ years crafting presentations and communicating findings to senior-level audiences (VP level and above) • 2+ years of experience in SaaS environments • 2+ years using SQL/SOQL to join subscription, billing, product-usage, support, CRM, marketing, and customer-success data • 2+ years using Python or R for data cleaning, feature engineering, statistical analysis, automation, and model development • Python experience with pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM • 2+ years working with a cloud data warehouse and CRM such as Redshift, BigQuery, and Salesforce • Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as Claude Code, Cursor, Kiro, Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI, and similar tools • Strong project planning skills for scoping and executing ambiguous projects from start to finish • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and complete projects promptly • Experience presenting data to varied audiences in a compelling, story-driven manner • Must be able to sit for long periods and handle long periods of screen time • Reliable, high-speed internet • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available
