📋 Description

• Provide architectural oversight and technical direction across teams developing Python-based automation and full-stack applications (React, Spring Boot) • Validate engineering approaches, enforce best practices, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable • Translate complex client requirements into clear, actionable technical designs • Lead solutioning sessions and define system architecture and automated processes in collaboration with engineering teams • Serve as the primary technical interface for stakeholders • Present solutions, guide decision-making, and manage trade-offs to ensure alignment with mission and program objectives • Oversee execution across technical workstreams, managing priorities, risks, and escalations • Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges early to maintain delivery timelines and quality

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, technical delivery, or solution architecture • Strong technical background in Python-based scripting and/or full-stack development (React, Spring Boot, or similar) • Proven experience leading system architecture and delivering scalable, cloud-based (AWS/Azure) solutions • Experience overseeing cross-functional engineering teams (backend, frontend, data) • Strong client-facing skills, including presenting technical solutions and driving decision-making • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience) • Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a background investigation by the client agency • DHS clearance with CBP/ICE, or DoD Top-Secret is preferred.
