📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the post-sales team • Provide comprehensive support to key accounts • Work closely with product and engineering teams • Engage proactively with customers to develop best-practices • Lead customer training sessions • Provide timely and effective technical support • Lead and support pre-sales pilots • Provide technical oversight for pilot engagements • Travel up to 25% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline • Demonstrate exceptional troubleshooting skills across software, hardware, and network components • Possess strong problem-solving skills • Extensive experience and expertise in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) • 5+ years of hands-on experience in OT networking • Experience in at least one generalizable programming language such as SQL or Python • At least 2 years of experience in project management
