📋 Description

• Serve as the clinical executive during enterprise sales discussions with health plans and risk-bearing organizations • Present the clinical strategy, care model, evidence base, and expected outcomes of hypertension, diabetes, and CHF programs • Build credibility with Chief Medical Officers, Medical Directors, Population Health, Quality and Stars leaders, and Quality executives • Support RFP responses, finalist presentations, and executive briefings • Partner with Sales to address clinical objections and differentiate the platform from competitors • Represent the company at industry conferences, payer forums, and customer events • Drive the publication of research demonstrating savings for payor partners • Support commercial growth, strategic partnerships, and clinical product strategy • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Clinical Operations, and Executive Leadership to articulate clinical value and drive clinical innovation • Establish a framework for measuring and demonstrating clinical outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• MD with unrestricted U.S. medical license • Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Endocrinology, or a related specialty • 10+ years of clinical leadership experience • Knowledge of CMS Stars, HEDIS, NCQA, and quality improvement programs • Experience working with Medicare Advantage populations • Deep understanding of hypertension, diabetes, and congestive heart failure management • Experience presenting to executive healthcare audiences • Strong understanding of value-based care, quality programs, and population health
