• ensuring the success of a portfolio of Cordial’s clients • advocating and aligning technology and expertise on behalf of the client • owning the client success plan • engaging with executives • managing competitive threats • creating and delivering success plans for each client • partnering with Cordial’s Channel Growth & Partnership team
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • 7+ years working in an enterprise client management role at a SaaS company • experience in email and/or digital marketing • technical understanding of client’s data and martech strategies • project management skills • ability to manage multiple projects and clients • strong negotiation skills • excellent written and oral communications skills
