• responsible for the profitable growth and market development of the territory • develops and implements market plans including customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities, and revenue goals • demonstrate a complete understanding of key customer’s business and the critical measures that drive each account • work effectively and collaboratively with all Cornerstone Building Brands internal departments to optimize customer experience
• minimum of 8 years of proven sales/marketing and/or sales management experience • Experience in commercial construction and/or building materials • Pre-engineered metal buildings experience is preferred • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships • Ability to analyze market conditions and competition • Strong understanding of Marketing, Finance, and Operations • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Must be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to travel 50% - 60% of the time (2-3 overnights a week)
