📋 Description

• Overseeing operations implementation for new client and product implementations • Developing, driving, coordinating, and managing implementation activities and timelines • Managing multiple implementations and projects across all Corro Clinical business lines • Leading internal and external efforts to ensure timely and successful completion of assigned projects • Developing project plans and timelines • Providing process improvement recommendations • Coordinating and developing client deliverables • Scheduling and leading meetings • Providing executive level status updates • Training and assisting new Operations Support Specialists and Operations Support Coordinators

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2+ years of project management and/or product development experience • 1–2+ years of healthcare project management or implementation experience • Strong understanding of clinical and operational workflows • Direct experience in Hospital Utilization Management, Case Management, Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI), Coding, and Revenue Cycle Operations • Highly Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
