📋 Description

• Organize comprehensive capacity building and compliance assistance to Alaska Native victim services programs • Work closely to track progress and support grantees as they implement customized assistance plans • Facilitate access to subject matter experts, peer‑to‑peer learning, and resources • Provide guidance on leveraging technology to deliver services in rural and remote environments • Develop partnerships and collaborate with regional assistance providers • Provide logistical support for trainings including webinars, peer learning exchanges and communities of practice • Assist with strategic planning • Identify and share culturally responsive, trauma informed practices, resources, and approaches

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Alaska Native communities with victim services • Located in Alaska • U.S. citizenship is required by federal government contract • Willingness to travel if required • This position requires a Public Trust security clearance.
