📋 Description

• Rapidly develop and deliver client-facing solutions, including Statements of Work (SOWs) and Bills of Material (BOMs). • Collaborate with Sales and internal technical teams to translate client requirements. • Consult directly with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and document assumptions. • Partner with delivery and project teams to ensure sales-scoped solutions are actionable. • Maintain strong working knowledge of Corsica’s service catalog, core technologies, and evolving offerings. • Contribute to the evaluation of new products, services, and solution approaches. • Document time, activities, and progress in the PSA for visibility and accountability.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in IT, including roles in engineering, systems, networking, cloud, security, or related technical disciplines. • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading pre-sales solution design, scoping, or consulting activities. • 4+ years in Solutions Engineer or similar role • Experience with Autotask CRM/PSA.
