⢠Support the daily operations and successful delivery of energy and modernization projects for the military housing portfolio ⢠Oversee project scope, schedules, contract administration, and operational performance ⢠Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths ⢠Monitor progress against baseline plans and implement corrective actions ⢠Lead scope change management, impact analysis, and documentation ⢠Manage subcontractor performance, deliverables, issue resolution, risks, and accountability ⢠Identify and mitigate project risks and implement contingency plans ⢠Ensure adherence to organizational processes, policies, quality standards, contractual terms, timelines, and defined scope ⢠Drive continuous improvement in project execution, subcontractor management, and operational efficiency ⢠Use data and reporting tools to track performance and inform decisions ⢠Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, communicate project status and priorities, and escalate critical issues ⢠Facilitate status meetings and report on schedule, scope, risks, and performance ⢠Manage stakeholder expectations through clear, proactive communication ⢠Lead, train, and develop employees; manage workloads and communicate expectations ⢠Perform other duties as assigned
⢠Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field ⢠3-5 years of experience in project management, operations, or a related discipline ⢠Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners ⢠Proven leadership and personnel management capabilities ⢠Public-private partnership, specifically government, experience is a plus ⢠Project Management Professional certification preferred ⢠Detail- and process-oriented, with ability to design clear processes and repeatable systems ⢠Ability to manage timelines, delivery, and dependencies and influence outcomes without hierarchical authority ⢠Ability to work independently and within a team environment ⢠Excellent interpersonal and writing skills ⢠Ability to translate performance data into concise explanations for audiences with varying project knowledge ⢠Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic, matrixed environment ⢠Microsoft Office suite proficiency required ⢠Familiarity with Procore, Asana, or other construction management software is a plus ⢠Ability to travel as needed up to 20% ⢠Valid driver's license required
