📋 Description

• Manage, develop, and improve financial processes including forecasting, budget planning, performance reporting, long-range planning, cash flow, and balance sheet forecasting • Collaborate with finance, investor relations, and data insights teams on financial and investor metrics • Partner with department leaders to navigate budget constraints and evaluate ROI on new initiatives • Provide financial reporting, analysis, and commentary to the Board, management team, and investors • Translate complex financial data into clear narratives for non-finance stakeholders and executive leadership • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline financial reporting and reduce manual work • Support the Director of Corporate Finance and collaborate with the global finance team on budgeting, forecasting, strategic insights, and organizational scaling

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of corporate finance experience, including experience in the consumer, enterprise, and/or SaaS industries • Experience with Excel and strong business modeling and analytical skills • Experience leading complex workstreams and cross-functional efforts, such as managing a yearly planning process • Demonstrated history of building financial statements (P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet) • Knowledge of accounting and corporate finance concepts • Demonstrated history with financial planning processes and business systems such as IBM Analytics or similar tools • Demonstrated history of managing, developing, and improving forecasting, budget planning, long-range planning, cash flow, and 3-statement financial modeling • Ability to act as a trusted strategic finance partner and influence strategic decision-making • Proficiency in Excel and business systems such as IBM Analytics, Adaptive, NetSuite, or Workday • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear narratives and present reporting to executive leadership, board members, and investor relations
