📋 Description

• Lead engineering for ERP integrations and applications in our ERP solution—spanning Parts, Customer, and Service domains • Own end-to-end design and implementation of ERP services in NW for Parts, Customer, and Service workflows • Define standards for tenant routing, orchestration, payload mapping, and error handling within the ERP Mediator framework • Lead engineers through discovery, design reviews, and implementation for features like Parts pricing, Customer workflows, and Service scheduling • Oversee NW→DMS+ data strategies, ensuring throughput and stability • Establish robust testing strategies and partner with Release Management for ERP updates • Work closely with Product Owners, Architecture, QA, and Support to deliver outcomes • Lead by example with code, design docs, and mentoring

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6+ years of experience in a related field, OR master’s degree and 4+ years of experience, OR Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience, OR 18 years of directly relevant experience • 6+ years of software engineering experience; 3+ years in a lead role • Strong backend engineering and database design • Hands-on ERP experience—preferably Nextworld—with logic blocks and data modeling • Expertise in multi-tenant routing, orchestration, and secure service-to-service auth • Familiarity with ERP and low/no code platforms • Nextworld ERP certifications/experience and DMS domain experience in Parts, Customer, and Service preferred
