•About CreatioCreatio is a global vendor of a no-code platform for automating workflows and CRM with a maximum degree of freedom. Creatio’s platform empowers thousands of organizations to rapidly deliver business applications and automate internal and external operations. •About the RoleYou will be joining a Developer Experience team focused on building internal tools and services to improve productivity across engineering. Our core mission is to enhance CI/CD processes and create utilities that support development environments, code control, and team collaboration. We act as an internal enabler for dozens of product teams by simplifying infrastructure, automating workflows, and streamlining cross-team integration. Ideal candidates have experience with DevOps practices and a background in building internal tooling or automation projects that empower developers. •What You’ll Do:Design, develop, and maintain internal tools and platforms to support environment provisioning, code delivery, and test automation. •Optimize CI/CD pipelines and implement robust infrastructure to support rapid delivery and quality releases. •Support automated testing systems, including NUnit, Mocha, Playwright, API, and performance tests •Develop utilities for release rollout, hotfixes, versioning, and composable app lifecycle management. •Act as an enabler and infrastructure partner for multiple R&D teams to streamline collaboration and reduce technical overhead.

🎯 Requirements

•Solid background in backend development with C#/.NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, and WebAPI •Experience with Angular, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript tooling •Proven experience in CI/CD (Jenkins, TeamCity, MSBuild, Git etc), scripting (PowerShell/Python), and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible) •Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Istio) •Understanding of DevOps culture and developer enablement practices •Hands-on experience building and maintaining internal developer tools or platforms •Experience with automated testing frameworks (NUnit, Mocha, Playwright, WebDriver.io, NUnit, Mocha) •Familiarity with release automation and versioning systems •Solid understanding of architectural principles (SOLID, microservices, 3-tier architecture, event bus, etc) •Familiarity with cloud architectures
