âą 5+ years of experience in proposal writing, RFP response management, or technical writing for enterprise software; âą Demonstrated experience with CRM software proposals and understanding of CRM/sales/marketing/service automation concepts; âą Proven track record of managing high-volume workloads with fast turnaround times; âą Experience working in SLA-driven environments with defined quality and delivery targets. âą Exceptional English language skills (written and verbal); âą Strong technical writing skills with ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively; âą Excellent attention to detail with strong proofreading and editing capabilities; âą Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to prioritize competing demands; âą Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams); âą Experience using AI-assisted writing tools and willingness to adopt new technologies. âą Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote/distributed team environment; âą Strong interpersonal skills with ability to extract information efficiently from subject matter experts; âą Adaptable and comfortable working across multiple industries, regions, and stakeholder groups; âą Results-oriented with focus on continuous improvement and winning outcomes. âą Familiarity with workflow automation, no-code platforms, or enterprise software concepts beyond CRM; âą Experience with RFP automation software (Responsive.io, Loopio, RFPIO, Qvidian, or similar); âą APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) certification or equivalent; âą Understanding of B2B enterprise software buying processes and procurement requirements; âą Experience with security questionnaires and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001); âą Additional language skills (Ukrainian, Polish, German, French, or other European languages); âą Background in SaaS, cloud software, or technology industry.
