📋 Description

• serve as a senior technical owner and design authority for Cribl's core IT systems and workflows • own and evolve identity platforms and lifecycle workflows • manage AWS-based IT infrastructure including access patterns • design and maintain automations across the IT stack • provide senior technical ownership of ServiceNow architecture • establish scalable standards for IT-owned systems • support enterprise AI tools and agent frameworks • participate in the on-call rotation for critical incidents

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in corporate IT or systems engineering • Strong hands-on experience with AWS for internal IT systems • ServiceNow administration capabilities • strong scripting experience using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar tools • ability to independently lead technical initiatives • Experience setting up or operating log management and observability platforms • Deep hands-on experience with enterprise identity platforms such as Okta • Demonstrated ownership of macOS and/or Windows endpoint management
