📋 Description

• Design clear flows and behaviors for native applications on desktop and mobile devices • Create cohesive experiences spanning hardware, software, and content • Participate in user research and A/B testing • Advocate for users throughout the design process • Use research findings and data to continuously improve designs • Help define new features, functions, and products based on user motivations, goals, and needs • Influence and evolve the UX design language • Collaborate with visual designers, product managers, software developers, industrial designers, Marketing, and Creative teams • Collaborate with hardware and materials product managers, content creators, hardware engineers, and business stakeholders • Evolve design processes and deliverables to improve organizational efficiency • Capture ideas and solutions through sketches, flow charts, and interactive prototypes • Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize based on user needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), interaction design, graphic design, industrial design, information science, computer science or a related field • 5+ years of work experience designing web and mobile applications and applying user-centered techniques • Thoughtful and well-presented portfolio of UX design solutions and processes • Demonstrated experience bringing clarity and simplicity to consumer-facing applications • Proven track record of successful product releases using user-centered product design processes • Ability to grasp product requirements and scope design work accordingly, with careful attention to detail • Ability to collaborate across hardware engineering, software development, marketing, and other disciplines • Passion for innovation and a “can do” attitude • Keen attention to detail and systems thinking • Ability to interpret and act on design feedback from collaborators and stakeholders • Excellent presentation and written communication skills • Ability to articulate solutions, design rationale, and process clearly and concisely • Ability to discuss high-level concepts and detailed design with equal fluency • Experience applying quantitative data and qualitative user insights to design directions, prototypes, and decision-making • Strong grasp of current UI/UX trends, platforms, and guidelines, including iOS and Material Design guidelines • Hands-on experience with design software including Figma
