📋 Description

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality live US Diploma Project Management lessons tailored to individual student needs • Teach project management concepts including project planning, goal setting, scope, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, risk management, stakeholder communication and project evaluation • Guide students through practical projects and real-world scenarios • Develop teamwork, leadership, communication, decision-making, time management and problem-solving skills • Use teaching strategies and digital tools to create an interactive online learning environment • Assess student progress, provide targeted feedback and adapt teaching approaches • Plan and communicate course schedules, lesson content, project milestones and assessment timelines • Set homework, project-based activities and assessments • Develop educational materials and contribute to CGA’s learning resources • Maintain a professional and organized online classroom

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ teaching experience in a school setting; tutoring experience cannot be counted toward this requirement • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Project Management, Education or a related field • Strong knowledge of project management principles, processes and methodologies • Exceptional communication skills for interaction with students, parents and the CGA team • Familiarity with online teaching platforms • Passion for innovative, technology-enabled education • Preferred: experience teaching Project Management, Business, Management or a related subject at secondary/high school level • Preferred: experience teaching an international or US Diploma curriculum • Preferred: experience delivering project-based learning and supporting students through practical projects • Preferred: familiarity with project management tools, methodologies and frameworks • Preferred: recognized teaching qualification, such as a postgraduate certificate in education, teaching degree or teaching license • Preferred: previous online teaching experience
