• Manage day-to-day development operations • Facilitate cross-team collaboration • Remove blockers for engineering teams • Conduct regular performance reviews • Build and mentor high-performing teams • Maintain technical oversight across teams • Establish and track meaningful engineering metrics
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in software engineering • 2+ years in engineering management • Strong technical background • Proven track record of establishing and improving development processes • Strong coaching and mentoring skills • Excellent communication skills
