📋 Description

• Consult about how to generate a consistent flow of high-quality leads for plastic surgery practices • Develop, implement, and optimize data-driven digital marketing strategies • Ensure a seamless user journey from initial interest to booked consultation • Identify and define customer personas to improve targeting, messaging, and campaign segmentation • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, and conversion rate • Collaborate with internal teams (content creators, web developers, patient coordinators) to ensure brand consistency and lead nurturing • Maintain compliance with GDPR and medical advertising regulations • Conduct regular A/B testing and ongoing optimization to improve results over time

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in generating leads in the healthcare, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine sectors (Min 4 years recent experience) • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, including paid search, paid social, SEO, landing page optimization, and analytics (Min 4 years recent experience) • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Active-campaign) (Min 4 years recent experience) • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and proactively in a results-oriented environment • Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR, and healthcare-specific advertising restrictions (preferred) • Experience working with high-end, luxury, or premium medical brands (preferred) • Understanding of patient psychology and the decision-making process in elective procedures (preferred)
