📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable software modules and components • Build backend systems using .NET 10, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, RabbitMQ, Docker, and AWS • Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers and QA professionals • Foster a culture of idea sharing, calculated risk-taking, and learning from setbacks • Plan, triage, and prioritize work across multiple initiatives with lifecycles ranging from two weeks to three months

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with progressive leadership or management responsibilities • 6+ years of experience with C#, .NET Core, and the Microsoft development ecosystem deployed via AWS • 6+ years of experience in real-time data management, including SQL, NoSQL, and caching • 4+ years of experience in DevOps disciplines, including GIT or Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Python • 3+ years of experience leading and managing engineering teams and interfacing with product and business organizations • Experience in the financial industry, including FinTech or traditional banking • Understanding of business logic to drive relevant engineering solutions
