📋 Description

• Simultaneously manage 30–40 smaller-scale implementation projects through their lifecycle • Support queue management for on-hold projects • Develop and maintain project schedules for multiple concurrent implementations • Coordinate daily with clients to gather information, provide updates, and manage expectations • Support technical resources across multiple projects to ensure timely delivery • Track and report project status, risks, and dependencies across the project portfolio • Maintain accurate project documentation and status tracking for numerous concurrent projects • Ensure consistent project delivery standards across multiple smaller implementations • Coordinate with technical teams, sales, the PMO, and customer stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT project coordination or junior PM roles • Basic understanding of cyber solutions and security implementations • Experience with fast-paced, high-volume project environments • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects • Excellent communication skills with emphasis on clear, concise updates • Demonstrated ability to context switch effectively between different projects • Problem-solving skills with focus on quick issue resolution • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes • Familiarity with cyber solutions such as Splunk, IBM, and QRadar • CAPM certification or working toward PMP • Experience with project management tools and tracking systems • Candidate may be required to periodically undergo and pass alcohol and/or drug test(s) during employment • Must satisfy U.S. employment eligibility requirements; CrowdStrike participates in E-Verify
