📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers across commercial teams to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies • Own and manage the end-to-end recruiting process for all commercial roles • Source and engage top talent across finance, fintech, banking, advisory, and clean energy markets • Build and maintain talent pipelines, particularly for revenue-generating and client-facing roles • Deliver a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience reflecting Crux’s brand and values • Analyze and report recruiting metrics to drive decisions and improve efficiency • Collaborate with People/HR to refine processes and interview structure • Ensure recruiting processes are inclusive and aligned with company values • Help inform commercial hiring strategy and approach while partnering with leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally 5–7+ years of domain expertise recruiting for clean energy, renewables, manufacturing, coverage, advisory, or finance • Experience recruiting top talent from the finance world into a high-growth startup, or a strong perspective on how to do so • Experience in banking, private equity, and/or service providers in clean energy and infrastructure sectors • Strong full-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing to close • Skilled at building trusted relationships with hiring managers and executives • Understanding of the talent market and ability to advise on landing talent • Passion for an inclusive, transparent, and respectful candidate process • Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing platforms • Familiarity with cutting-edge recruiting practices leveraging AI and data
