📋 Description

• Onboard and complete new client implementations within 90 days • Manage the comprehensive onboarding of requested listing, public record, and other data feeds for all existing Clients • Coordinate with internal stakeholders as needed to ensure a complete, on-time and successful implementation • Hold regular Client review meetings and measure Client satisfaction levels • Develop, organize, distribute, collect and report on semi-annual Client satisfaction surveys • Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests • Prepare and lead quarterly meetings • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their strategic roadmap • Own the renewals from start to finish

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 5 years of experience in customer success, account manager and/or project management • Highly organized and success-driven with strong presentation skills • Excellent project management skills with an emphasis on attention to detail, timelines, and quality of work • Works well in a collaborative team environment • Must be willing to travel up to 25%
