📋 Description

• Manage customer relationships during implementations and upgrades • Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and within scope • Lead projects across the full implementation lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization • Manage project plans, risk registers, budgets, financial tracking, and resource cost allocation across concurrent engagements • Monitor project profitability, report budget variances, and recommend corrective actions • Resolve project issues, manage mitigation strategies, and activate escalation protocols for critical risks • Serve as primary contact for client project sponsors and stakeholders • Facilitate requirements workshops, design reviews, and status meetings • Prepare project status reports, financial summaries, milestone tracking, risk summaries, and project documentation • Lead cross-functional software consulting, clinical configuration, technical integration, and quality assurance teams • Coordinate internal resource allocation and escalate blockers and resource conflicts • Collaborate with Product Development, Quality Assurance, and Support teams during go-live and post-implementation handoffs • Improve CKG implementation methodology, playbooks, delivery standards, templates, checklists, and implementation accelerators • Participate in post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing software development projects through all phases of the project life cycle • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification • Understanding of software development processes and methodologies • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Proven leadership abilities and experience leading cross-functional teams • Excellent analytical skills for assessing project progress and making data-driven decisions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Proven problem-solving skills • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent • Able to attend customer meetings primarily in North America and potentially the UK & Ireland • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset for Quebec-based client engagements • Education in Business Administration or related field • Experience in healthcare technology, electronic health records (EHR), or medical device software environments • Experience managing technology projects in the public sector • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory frameworks such as Health Canada, ISO 13485, and provincial privacy legislation • Experience with kidney care, dialysis, or nephrology-related software systems • Experience working within Constellation Software or its operating groups • Knowledge of data migration strategies and healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR
