📋 Description

• Commission CSI Energy Storage’s Solbank Storage Power Block • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance of Storage Power Blocks to meet warranty requirements • Complete Long Term Service Agreement obligations for BESS equipment, including energy storage cabinets, power conversion stations, ring main units/switchgear, transformers, SCADA, and networking devices • Provide onsite diagnostics, troubleshooting, and hands-on support to maintain equipment and achieve availability and capacity guarantees • Oversee and supervise subcontractors onsite when required • Assist in developing standard operating procedures and processes • Complete work order documentation in a timely manner • Maintain accurate spare-parts inventory • Perform LOTO and switching procedures as required • Support client training during commissioning • Follow health and safety rules and policies • Travel to and work at project sites throughout the US • Perform other assigned duties and projects

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified Electrical Technician • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a service environment, preferably in renewable energy • OSHA 30 Certified; OSHA 10 certification accepted if OSHA 30 is obtained soon after hire • Previous training and knowledge of inverters • SCADA experience • Knowledge of general and national codes, medium-voltage power systems, and energy-storage system applications is an asset • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel • Previous CMMS software experience desired • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • First Aid trained • Ability to travel to regional locations as needed, over 50% of the time • Ability to work independently and within a team
