• Over 15 years of core recruitment experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry. • Expertise in end-to-end lateral hiring, talent strategy, process excellence, and stakeholder engagement across multiple business units. • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies. • Certification in Program Management (e.g., PMP), HR management, DEI, or related field is highly desirable. • Significant experience in program management, preferably within Talent Acquisition or a related HR function with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex programs.
