📋 Description

• Develop and maintain recruiting analytics that provide leadership with actionable insights to improve talent acquisition performance • Drive data-informed workforce planning by aligning hiring demand forecasts with recruiter capacity and operational priorities • Deliver talent intelligence, labor market insights, and performance reporting • Lead strategic Talent Acquisition projects from concept through implementation • Establish data governance practices and ensure consistency across regional and global metrics • Evaluate recruiting process effectiveness using quality, speed, candidate experience, hiring manager satisfaction, and cost outcomes • Analyze sourcing, coordination, and service delivery metrics to identify performance gaps and opportunities • Partner with business leaders, HR teams, and external stakeholders to deliver scalable talent solutions • Translate workforce, recruiting, and operational data into insights influencing business decisions and strategy • Lead initiatives from planning through execution while driving continuous improvement and measurable results

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred experience in recruiting analytics, workforce planning, Talent Acquisition operations, or HR program management within a complex organizational environment • Advanced data analytics, reporting, data visualization, and business intelligence approaches • Ability to build and maintain self-service dashboards, performance metrics, and operational reporting frameworks • Human resources consulting and business process execution capabilities • Talent market intelligence and workforce data knowledge • Ability to partner with leadership teams, HR functions, and external providers • Strong attention to detail and data stewardship across multiple data sources • Experience leading special projects involving process transformation, operating model evaluation, and organizational change • Preferred proficiency with digital reporting tools, analytics platforms, and technology solutions • Strong collaboration, communication, adaptability, and results orientation • Ability to translate complex workforce, recruiting, and operational data into clear insights • Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving capabilities • Excellent communication and consulting skills • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution • Adaptability, resourcefulness, and a customer-focused mindset • Professional certifications in project management, HR management, or directly related fields are preferred • Equivalent experience is mentioned as preferred, but the educational statement is malformed and does not clearly specify a required alternative
