📋 Description

• Prepare monthly reporting to clients, including accrual basis financial statements, variance explanations, and supplemental information • Prepare supporting documentation for management statements • Prepare and review bank reconciliation reports • Manage recording of new and amended tenant leases • Assist in commercial tenant billing • Manage month-end close of cash management and accrued expenses accounting • Analyze balance sheet accounts • Prepare monthly workpapers • Assist in monthly financial statement reviews and year-end audits • Perform analysis and create ad hoc reports requested by management • Assist in annual operating expense reconciliations and estimates • Perform other assigned duties and projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business related • 2-3 years accounting experience in Property Management • Advanced Excel Knowledge • Thorough knowledge of commercial leases • Thorough knowledge of Yardi software • Ability to work independently to meet strict deadlines for multiple properties • Ability to work efficiently with multiple property managers and other personnel • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Yardi experience preferred • Residential experience preferred but not required
