📋 Description

• Provide analytical support and coordination for the account team and client’s business needs • Collaborate with the Account Team, Client, and other team members to coordinate team members, schedules, and activities • Gather and assemble data using analytical and quantitative methods • Analyze performance, identify problems, and develop recommendations supporting client and team goals • Maintain financial databases by entering, verifying, and backing up data according to client standard operating procedures • Troubleshoot invoicing and field purchase order queries • Track and close open commitments • Coordinate and oversee project closeouts • Complete related documentation and reporting functions • Examine and analyze budgets, forecasts, income and expense statements, and periodic operating results • Research and prepare financial analysis reports and recommendations • Organize program data into client presentation materials and management analysis reports • Communicate financial data related to project creation, budget codes, active and closed projects, and historical findings • Validate financial information across multiple client-platform systems • Analyze data from different sources and document and follow up on variances • Facilitate knowledge transfer regarding capital management targets and financial transactions • Audit project budgets and milestones and ensure timely project updates • Maintain performance reports against internal Service Level Agreements • Process and maintain agreements, contracts, purchase orders, and other work authorizations • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses and quantitative projections • Leverage on-account software platforms to enhance analysis and reporting • Support a collaborative and innovative teamwork environment • Respond to requests promptly and meet deadlines • Recommend process improvements and document current- and future-state processes • Deliver analytical outcomes supporting business process re-engineering, internal controls, best practices, and service-level improvements • Write, maintain, and support queries and reports, including ad hoc requests • Communicate with customers about projects and results • Provide analytical insight to the Project Team as the data and analytics subject matter expert • Create Power BI and Smartsheet dashboards/portals with automation and other data presentation methods • Upload daily reporting from various sources • Create ad hoc reports • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required • 3-7 Years previous experience preferred • Outstanding customer service skills required • Basic understanding of PowerBI and other data and dashboard technology • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query or formulas, advanced lookup functions, pivot tables, dynamic filtering, conditional formatting, visualization, and data quality practices • Excellent time management skills and adaptability to change • Ability to apply basic math and mathematical concepts including fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions • Ability to communicate verbally with management, co-workers, customers, and employees • Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and accuracy • Ability to take initiative and work independently • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently, and meet deadlines • Ability to read, write, and understand the English language • Ability to solve practical problems involving several concrete variables • Ability to interpret written, oral, or diagram-form instructions, work orders, and technical procedures • Ability to research and resolve project-related issues • Ability to perform repetitive mental functions
