📋 Description

• Administer and maintain the Planon IWMS platform, including modules for Project Management & Space & Workplace Management • Configure workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards, and reports • Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings • Serve as the primary point of contact for Planon-related issues • Provide tier 2/3 support and troubleshoot system errors, integrations, and performance issues • Monitor system health, data integrity, and scheduled jobs • Manage master data and support integrations between Planon and other enterprise systems • Develop and execute test scenarios and coordinate user acceptance testing • Train end users and promote best practices for system usage

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Facilities Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 2–5+ years of experience administering or supporting Planon IWMS or other competing corporate real estate solutions • Strong understanding of facilities management and/or real estate business processes • Experience with system configuration, workflows, and reporting • Ability to troubleshoot complex system and data issues • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
