📋 Description

• Prepare agendas and develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines • Keep building management apprised of project progress • Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews through conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction phases • Assist with consultant and construction team selection, contracting, and oversight • Review requisitions, change orders, and project invoices; confer on costs and impacts • Support marketing of services to clients as requested • Adhere to corporate, building, and client policies and procedures • Collaborate with building/facility personnel to achieve quality, service, cost, and profit goals • Report major problems, findings, results, and recommendations to the immediate supervisor • Obtain management approvals for organizational changes, additional commitments, and expenditures exceeding approved budgets • Maintain high qualitative and quantitative work standards • Continuously improve skills and maintain current knowledge in the field

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or Architecture • Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role • Minimum of 5 years project management experience required • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity • Experience leading, motivating, and developing employees • Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred • Communication proficiency, oral and written • Technical proficiency • Up to 35% travel to remote sites throughout the United States • Adherence to government laws, regulations, building codes, and safety regulations
