📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day functionality of the client’s Space Management tool • Maintain data integrity of CAD floor plans and occupant data • Produce regular and ad hoc reporting for a client portfolio or set of buildings • Provide subject matter expertise in spatial data management, CAD/CAFM administration, space and occupancy analytics, and utilization measurement • Ensure compliance with client space data standards • Establish a consistent data governance model and control input sources and data consistency • Control data measurement standards and KPIs to improve data confidence • Introduce industry best practices and innovation to the account team/client • Support peer teams regarding space, occupancy and utilization data • Establish global standards for space naming, allocation models, drawings and reporting • Develop roles and responsibilities with partners • Establish governance and data quality assurance reporting for global portfolio consistency • Monitor execution of the client space allocation model and reporting delivery • Serve as SPOC and global system administrator, enforcing user controls and system continuity • Enable CAFM system integration efforts • Recommend process and performance improvements • Provide space data management system training • Guide and review recommendations for operational efficiency, service delivery, cost savings and innovation • Coach space team leadership in space planning and FF&E solution development

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience in Architectural Technology, Space Planning, Space Data Management, Data Analytics or Occupancy Planning • Four to Eight years experience in a corporate real estate environment • Expertise in spatial data management, CAD / CAFM administration, space and occupancy data analytics, and space utilization measurement • Expertise in CAD/CAFM methodologies and calculations used to generate and analyze allocation deliverables • Knowledge of data governance, data measurement standards and KPIs • Ability to establish global space naming conventions, allocation model, drawing and reporting standards • Ability to serve as SPOC and global system administrator for a client space data management system • Ability to enable CAFM system integrations • Ability to provide system-user training
