📋 Description

• Develop and implement enterprise-level paid media strategies • Own the performance and outcomes of all paid media campaigns • Monitor and optimize budgets • Be responsible for selection and implementation of new paid media channels • Design and run tests and experiments to improve campaign performance • Work closely with other departments and cross-functional teams • Produce enterprise-level performance reports and analyses • Develop training programs for the team and external stakeholders • Lead junior and mid-level paid media specialists and support their development

🎯 Requirements

• Strong ASO knowledge • More than 2 years of experience managing performance campaigns • Experience with networks such as Facebook, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads and other performance marketing channels • Experience in performance monitoring and analysis of cross-channel online marketing KPIs • Ability to work independently and in a systematic manner • Confident command of English • Open to diversity
