📋 Description
• Coordinate the gathering and validation of substance and material composition information for purchased materials and components • Ensure CVG products meet U.S., European, and customer-specific regulatory obligations • Evaluate compliance for new and existing products • Assess the impact of emerging regulations • Collaborate with both internal teams and external suppliers to obtain and validate required information
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma required • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline highly preferred • 5 years of relevant experience managing product material compliance programs • Industry experience in compliance or regulatory activities, particularly related to substances and materials • Experience navigating IMDS, FMD, and regulatory reporting frameworks (REACH, RoHS, Prop 65, PFAS, POPs)
