📋 Description

• Collaborate with HR leaders, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements, support solution development, and assist with system enhancement implementation • Evaluate Workday and other technologies through research and testing to develop solutions meeting business needs • Improve business processes and system functionality through workflow optimization, automation, and enhanced technology capabilities • Support configuration, administration, maintenance, and optimization of HR technology platforms, including Workday Talent Management • Gather and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and configuration changes in Jira • Configure and maintain HR technology system settings and business processes under governance and auditing guidelines • Participate in system implementations, enhancements, upgrades, testing activities, and release management • Collaborate on reports, dashboards, and analytics providing workforce insights and operational metrics • Investigate system issues, perform analysis, and collaborate with partners on issue resolution and continuous improvement • Create and maintain standard operating procedures, process flows, and configuration documentation • Manage assigned work across multiple initiatives, adjusting priorities while meeting deadlines • Share knowledge, provide peer support, and contribute expertise to team discussions and projects

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience configuring Workday Talent Management & Performance Management product area • 4+ years’ experience with calculated fields, Business Processes and building solutions in Workday • 4+ years’ experience with strategic planning, delivery, and support of projects and programs • 3+ years’ experience demonstrating problem solving, solutioning, and decision-making skills • 3+ years’ experience delivering tracking tools such as Jira • 3+ years’ experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment • Bachelor's Degree required • Preferred: Experience configuring Workday Talent including Succession, Potential, Performance and Skills • Preferred: Familiarity with Workday Extend • Preferred: Workday Certification preferably in Talent & Performance • Preferred: Experience in Report writing • Preferred: Experience with Workday Integrations and Security configurations • Preferred: Growth mindset
