📋 Description

• Oversee the contract and implementation initiatives for new clients and programs. • Forecasts changes within the health care industry, conducts business impact assessments, and develops modification strategies with the aid of process improvement. • Ensures customer/membership retention targets are achieved through the renewal process. • Coach clients on addressing regulatory issues and health care trends with potential impact on client. • Determines market capitalization opportunities to drive competitive advantage. • Constructs complex financial decision recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Account Management or related client-facing experience with an emphasis on large and complex National Accounts • Adept at business intelligence • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) • Adept at collaboration and teamwork • Growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) • Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent specialized training/relevant professional qualifications or experience.
