📋 Description
• Defines and drives enterprise-scale digital solutions by designing end-to-end architectures • Guides engineering teams through implementation • Influences the overall technical strategy across the organization • Architect end-to-end solutions balancing functional, non-functional (scalability, security, resilience, performance), and maintainability requirements • Lead architectural decisions across teams • Develop architectural maturity models and strategic roadmaps • Define integration strategies across platforms and third-party systems • Establish engineering quality standards through review frameworks • Maintain architectural documentation while mentoring engineers • Partner with Product, Engineering, and UX to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps • Lead production incident response
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years in large-scale software development • 3+ years in solution architecture or technical leadership • Strong proficiency in Java with architectural experience using Spring, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs • 5+ years collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Engineering, UX) • Deep understanding of OOP, design patterns, distributed systems, concurrency control, and parallelism • 2+ years hands-on with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or AWS) • Mastery of architectural decision-making • Experience with AI assistant tools such as Claude, Codex, Cursor, etc. • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
