📋 Description

• Contribute to product strategy for digital products and services • Lead development and enhancement of digital products and services • Gather and translate customer and stakeholder requirements into product recommendations • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, including priorities, risks, dependencies, and opportunities • Assess product iterations, release schedules, and roadmap priorities • Recommend enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, business needs, and data-driven insights • Engage with customers, business stakeholders, and internal partners • Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams throughout the product lifecycle • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to guide feature development and prioritization • Monitor product performance and influence future product strategies • Drive collaboration across Product, Technology, Analytics, Operations, and Business teams • Coordinate cross-functional activities and dependencies for timely product delivery • Influence decision-making and alignment in a matrixed environment • Collaborate with technical teams to implement product requirements • Develop product concepts and enhancements • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, quality, confidentiality, and compliance standards • Evaluate emerging technologies, market trends, and industry developments • Identify opportunities for AI, advanced analytics, and data science capabilities • Report to the Executive Director, Business Analytics; no direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience supporting the delivery of complex data and analytics products • Experience working within large, matrixed organizations • Proven experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups • Experience leveraging data and analytics to support product strategy and decision-making • Bachelor's degree preferred, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification • Experience using pharmaceutical industry data products such as IQVIA, Symphony Health, or similar platforms • MBA or management consulting experience with exposure to healthcare or pharmaceutical analytics strategy • Experience developing strategic analyses, business cases, and executive-level presentations • Ability to recommend strategy, operational improvements, and new product or service offerings • Experience conducting market research and competitive assessments • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science capabilities • Experience working within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences organizations • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills • Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts to various audiences • Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across functional teams • Strong analytical capabilities with experience generating insights from complex data sets • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
