📋 Description

• Manages new business sales of dental and vision products • Works with internal and external business partners • Implements strategies necessary to exceed sales objectives • Manages complex negotiations • Collaborates with account management • Ensures product, pricing and services meet clients needs

🎯 Requirements

• 5 - 7 years of relevant ancillary benefit sales experience • experience with Dental & Vision products preferred • 5 - 7 years of experience in the Public & Labor sector • Ability to explain relevant process elements and issues • persuasive presentation skills • detail oriented • ability to successfully negotiate
