📋 Description

• Develop member-level targeting lists using business-defined criteria, measure-level gap information, claims data, and member attributes • Evaluate the effectiveness of outreach, engagement, and overall quality programs • Conduct root-cause analysis for business data issues • Integrate, validate, and analyze claims, enrollment, provider, pharmacy, clinical, and HEDIS datasets • Collaborate cross-functionally with business owners to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and health plan scorecards • Present measure performance analysis to senior leadership • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity of reports • Complete ad-hoc and scheduled reporting deliverables on time • Assist with special projects as requested

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, data analysis, reporting, or related field • Experience with HEDIS and Stars measures • Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex analytical projects • Experience working with healthcare claims, members, provider, and clinical data • Experience performing root cause analysis • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Bachelor's degree in health informatics or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience (REQUIRED) • Experience with SQL queries (preferred) • Master's Degree (preferred)
