📋 Description

• Partner with Specialty Operations leaders to solve complex business problems using data, analytics, and quantitative decision-making • Translate ambiguous business questions into analytical frameworks • Generate actionable insights and influence strategic and operational decisions • Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders • Identify opportunities for operational improvement using statistical reasoning, business acumen, and structured problem-solving • Generate hypotheses, conduct statistical analysis, experimentation, and forecasting • Communicate clear recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes • Work directly with business leaders to solve high-impact operational challenges across CVS Specialty • Synthesize large datasets into concise insights for business and executive audiences • Partner with stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and develop data-informed recommendations • Manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, decision science, management consulting, business analytics, data science, operations research, or a related quantitative field • Experience solving complex business problems using statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable analytical approaches • Experience with hypothesis testing, regression, forecasting, segmentation, and experimental design • Proficiency in SQL • Experience using Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling • Ability to synthesize large datasets into concise, actionable insights • Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders • Experience partnering directly with business leaders • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field required • Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or MBA preferred • Preferred: management consulting or internal strategy and analytics experience • Preferred: healthcare, pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, payer, or healthcare operations experience • Preferred: operational performance metrics, process optimization, workforce analytics, or service operations knowledge • Preferred: business experiment design and evaluation experience, including A/B testing, pilot evaluations, and quasi-experimental analyses • Preferred: familiarity with predictive modeling and machine learning concepts • Preferred: executive presentation development and senior leadership discussion facilitation • Preferred: Tableau or Power BI experience • Exposure to AI-enabled decision support tools, generative AI, or intelligent analytics platforms is a plus, but not required
