📋 Description

• Manage Teladoc Health Medical Group Medicare and Medicaid provider networks • Perform periodic verification of individual practitioner enrollment status in Medicare and Medicaid programs • Affiliate Medicaid-enrolled individual practitioners to THMG Medicaid group enrollments • Support practitioners with Medicaid enrollment applications by pre-populating data, collecting documents, and submitting applications • Add and remove individual practitioners from Medicare/Medicaid networks on the consultation platform • Complete group Medicaid enrollment applications and communicate with Medicaid agencies throughout the approval process • Complete periodic Medicaid revalidation applications • Update group enrollments to reflect current THMG network composition • Produce monthly Medicare/Medicaid network status reports • Produce monthly reports tracking individual progress toward KPIs • Perform ad hoc reporting to investigate Medicare/Medicaid claims discrepancies • Author current documentation of assigned network processes • Respond to organization-wide inquiries regarding assigned Medicare/Medicaid networks • Provide additional reporting, analytics, and other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years’ Medicare/Medicaid network management experience preferred but not required • 2–3 years’ experience in a healthcare administrative/operations environment preferred but not required • High school diploma (or equivalent) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to communicate effectively with providers, team members, and senior management • Effective presentation skills and ability to lead discussions in group environments • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • High energy level, enthusiasm, and willingness to do what is necessary to be successful • Ability to adapt quickly to change while meeting aggressive deadlines • Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized • Intermediate Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future • Teladoc Health will not sponsor or transfer employment work visas for this position
