📋 Description

• Support development of the organization’s strategic direction, focusing on growth, performance, and long-term value creation within Behavioral Health • Partner with senior leaders to shape and advance strategic priorities • Prepare executive-ready materials and facilitate decision-making • Evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, new products, and strategic investments • Lead and support strategic initiatives from concept through execution • Ensure alignment, momentum, and measurable outcomes across initiatives • Synthesize market trends, internal performance, and stakeholder perspectives to identify opportunities and risks • Assess competitive positioning and evolving industry dynamics • Conduct financial and operational analysis, including revenue implications, cost drivers, and utilization trends • Collaborate with clinical, product, network, and operations functions • Contribute to a high-visibility portfolio with regular exposure to executive leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in strategy, consulting, product, healthcare, or a related field • Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills • Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights • Proven ability to manage and execute across multiple priorities and workstreams • Effective communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across functions and influence without authority • Demonstrated interest in healthcare, with a preference for Behavioral Health • Proficiency in financial analysis and business case development • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, etc preferred) or equivalent professional experience
