• Support CXG Academy Team to deliver digital learning content for CXG Learn platform • Contribute to needs analysis and identify learning objectives • Support instructional design: create training paths (classroom, e-learning, blended), develop storyboards and instructional scenarios, adapt content to target audiences • Produce and design content: select learning resources (videos, quizzes, infographics), produce e-learning modules using authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Autrice), create media using digital and AI tools (Heygen, Canva Pro) • Contribute to defining the digital graphic identity of modules • Test developed modules, gather feedback and suggest learning and technical adjustments • Conduct competitive intelligence on digital learning, digital tools and innovative learning methods • Contribute to training project planning and monitoring and collaborate with Content Creation Manager
• Bachelor or Master degree in digital learning, instructional design or educational engineering • Prior experience in digital learning • Previous experience in luxury retail (valued) • Mastery of Articulate Storyline (authoring tool) • Strong skills in video creation and editing • Experience designing media elements with digital and AI tools (e.g., Heygen, Canva Pro) • Project coordination skills with a creative eye • Ability to consolidate and summarize information from varied sources • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (French a plus) • Open-minded, curious and proactive mindset • Genuine interest in digital, training, luxury and retail
